Frites Atelier by Sergio Herman launches Limited Edition ‘Turkish Delight’ fries

Sergio Herman’s Frites Atelier is serving new loaded fries, inspired by Sergio during his culinary journey to Istanbul. And loaded fries Turkish Delight? I’m immediately very curious!

A little bit of Istanbul on your fries
The inspiration for Frites Atelier’s Turkish Delight comes from Sergio Herman’s visit to the enchanting city of Istanbul—the king of all kinds of things, but certainly also of loaded fries. To honor the dynamic Turkish metropolis on the Bosphorus, Sergio created various flavors that, in his view, reflect the essence of Istanbul’s rich culinary heritage. All combined with the humble fry.
Turkish Delight
What can you expect from the latest Limited Edition? Well, Turkish Delight is deliciously tender chicken kebab seasoned with typical Turkish Köfte spices, served on twice-fried fries. With a mix of roasted pointed peppers, tomato salsa and feta cheese, spicy Ottoman mayonnaise, pickled jalapeño and red onion… Holy smoke, my mouth is watering!
You can find a Frites Atelier in The Hague, Roosendaal, Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels.
