Good news for all KFC fans: you can now buy KFC chicken bitterballen at Albert Heijn

It’s raining outside, the hospitality industry is still closed, but for KFC fans it’s nevertheless a joyful day. From today, KFC’s quintessentially Dutch chicken bitterballen are available at Albert Heijn. With this, KFC is releasing a product from its restaurants in Dutch supermarkets for the first time. And you can choose from several flavors.

Last year, the spicy Zinger bitterbal was launched as the American restaurant chain KFC’s first quintessentially Dutch snack. The recognizable KFC twist was added to our favorite drinks snack with Spicy Chicken Zinger and Original Recipe seasoning. Foodies who don’t want to miss their favorite snack can now indulge.

From today, the Crunchy Chicken Bitterballen and the Spicy Chicken Zinger Bitterballen can be found in the freezer aisle at the Ap and AH online. You can prepare the chicken bitterballen in the oven or Airfryer. They come in—how could it be otherwise—buckets of 10 and cost €3.79.
