This is going to be delicious!

In the brand-new third season, Gordon Ramsay once again heads off to extraordinary parts of the world. He travels through Portugal, Croatia, Mexico, Texas and Maine in the United States, Puerto Rico, Iceland and the American Great Smoky Mountains. The chef goes completely off the grid to discover the local cuisine and unique eating habits. From herding cattle to hunting venomous rattlesnakes, nothing is too crazy for Gordon Ramsay.

Cooking battle

He is joined by the local experts and culinary legends he meets along the way, eats according to local customs and learns about the delicious delicacies and flavors unique to the region. Every ingredient he harvests, every dish he tastes and every person he meets inspires him to create his own dish. Each episode ends with a cooking battle between Gordon Ramsay and the local culinary legend, in which they prepare a meal for the local population.

On night watch for wild boar

Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted premieres on National Geographic on Friday, August 13 at 9:00 p.m. In the first episode, Texas Throwdown, Gordon Ramsay travels to the Wild West of Texas. There, he meets tough Texans who teach him all about the Lone Star State. With the help of a helicopter, he herds cattle, goes on a nighttime hunt for wild boar and hunts venomous rattlesnakes in the wild part of the state.
