How to make the popular Paloma cocktail at home

From an Old Fashioned to a Margarita and from a Passionfruit Fix to a Paloma cocktail like this one. Tess Posthumus’s Cocktail Bible is packed with more than 200 cocktail recipes, both with and without alcohol. The bible is divided into the different cocktail flavor profiles, such as fresh, floral, sour and spicy. This way, you can immediately make the cocktail you’re in the mood for at that moment.

For a Paloma, Tess recommends using a blanco tequila for a lighter, fresher Paloma. Or choose a reposado tequila if you’re looking for a somewhat darker style. Replace the tequila with mezcal? Then you’ll end up with a Smokey Paloma with a smoky accent from the mezcal.
