Last week, an infographic went viral with everything you’d rather not know about the Big Mac. I’m warning you: if you read this, you’ll neeeever want a Big Mac again. But those fries and McNuggets, the milkshakes and the caramel Sundae… we’ll of course keep eating those.

Okay, bet you didn’t know this?
1. A Big Mac contains 540 calories.
Honestly, that was less than I expected. That’s not the problem.
2. A Big Mac sends your blood sugar level extremely low.
Because of the large amount of sodium, you become dehydrated, but your brain mistakes that dehydration for hunger, causing you to eat even more.
3. 40 minutes after eating a Big Mac, you’ll get really hungry,
Your glucose level now drops, making you feel hungry.
4. 51 days. Here comes the killer. It can take up to 51 days for your body to digest the Big Mac completely. 51 days… That’s almost two months.
