In this hotel room, you’ll never have to go without a beer in the shower
Brewdog’s success story, the brewery that made an unstoppable rise from a small group with sustainability high on its agenda to a global leader, continues. Besides setting up extremely sustainable breweries in several locations around the world, they also open hotels, aptly named Doghouse(s). And in this city, they added something very special to the bathroom…
If you’re afraid of suddenly becoming terribly thirsty while showering, but don’t want to hold your mouth under the showerhead – or if you simply can’t go five minutes without ‘Punk As Fuck’ (their alcohol-free beer), then you don’t have to worry at the Manchester location:
Shower drinking allowed
Because a ‘Shower Beer’ option with the rooms? Check! Can you already picture yourself standing there, frolicking and covered in suds, singing a song in the shower with a lovely cold can in one hand, alcohol-free or alcoholic? Wonderful, right?!
Non-stop party
So you’ll never be without one here. The rooms have a beer tap, there’s a rooftop terrace with ten beers on tap, the option to order hotdogs twenty-four hours a day, and the wonderful city of Manchester at your feet.
Doing good
The hotel proudly claims to be not just carbon-neutral but even carbon-negative. You can also spin records in the rooms, and Brewdog wouldn’t be Brewdog without this special perk: dogs are, of course, welcome. We think there’s a reason they call it ‘the hoppiest place on earth’ themselves!
