Italy is a super-relaxed holiday destination. Dolce far niente, relaxing in the warm weather—why do something today when you can do it tomorrow? Until you dare say something about the local cuisine, because then they become furious. This way of making spaghetti with meat sauce, for example, goes down completely the wrong way in the land of the boot.
