KFC introduces lots of new vegetarian options

Last week, I rediscovered KFC completely. I really hadn’t been there for years, until last Thursday. Maybe it had even been more than ten years. Sorry KFC, I’m sorry. And it definitely won’t take that long again, because I seriously enjoyed it. Those hot wings in a bucket remain truly unmatched, in my opinion that’s a fact.

That may also be what they’re best known for, but that’s not entirely deserved. Vegetarians can also easily go to KFC for a meal. Especially now: Kentucky Fried Chicken has added a new item to its vegetarian range.
The Original Recipe Veggie Tenders are available at all locations from today
They ran a trial for a while at six KFC locations, and it was quite a success. Such a success that these new Veggie Tenders are available nationwide from today. Completely vegetarian, made with the plant-based protein mycoprotein. I’d never heard of it, but you’ve got my interest.
These Veggie Tenders are available in a bucket (love it), but also in a wrap or as a veggie burger. Maybe I’ll just go again this Thursday, because I enjoyed it so much—and because I want to try these. I’m not necessarily in a hurry, though, because these Original Recipe Veggie Tenders are staying on the menu permanently from today. Well done, KFC.
