Lidl temporarily has (extra) gluten-free products on the shelves

Gluten intolerance is incredibly inconvenient. The only thing that helps is eating gluten-free products. Good news: Lidl currently has (extra) gluten-free products on the shelves for a limited time. From gluten-free pasta and bread to cookies and pastries. Be quick, because some products are available while stocks last. 

Gluten is a mixture of proteins that naturally occur in certain grains (so not all of them), such as wheat and barley. The proteins in gluten help make bread, for example, wonderfully light and airy. Gluten also gives elasticity to products made from flour, such as pasta. If you suffer from gluten intolerance, you need to rely on gluten-free products.

Gluten-free products at Lidl

At Lidl, you can buy a wide range of gluten-free products. In addition to obvious products such as gluten-free rolls, ready-made gluten-free pizza dough and gluten-free baking mix, you can also buy gluten-free chicken nuggets and gluten-free fish fingers, for example. The latter two are delicious with the famous spicy cucumber salad from Din Tai Fung – the dressing of which is also gluten-free.
