Maison Saint Aix launches two new wines: AIX White and alcohol-free sparkling rosé BEAU VIVA
To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Maison Saint Aix is ushering in a new era. For the first time since the introduction of its beloved AIX Rosé, the house is presenting two brand-new creations: the refined AIX White 2024 and the festive alcohol-free BEAU VIVA Sparkling Rosé (0.0%).
These projects have been in development behind the scenes for years. ‘I am delighted to say that we can finally introduce them to the Dutch market,’ says Nicolas Quiles, winemaker at Maison Saint Aix.
AIX White 2024: a tribute to Provençal tradition
Long before rosé made Provence world-famous, the north of the region was known for its white wines. From the founding of Maison Saint Aix, Dutch founder Eric Kurver was determined to restore this rich history to its former glory. White grape varieties were planted with care and various blends perfected. And now the time has come: with AIX White 2024, Maison Saint Aix is breathing new life into this forgotten treasure.
What can you expect from this newcomer? Let’s describe it as florally as the taste in your glass: ‘an aromatic bouquet of citrus blossom, exotic fruit and ripe pear, supported by subtle notes of white peach and apricot. Floral hints of jasmine and honeysuckle add depth. The taste is fresh, with citrus, grapefruit and a mineral finish that refreshes.’ Getting thirsty yet?
BEAU VIVA: sparkling enjoyment without alcohol
An alcohol-free rosé tastes like lemonade, but adding some bubbles works wonders. With BEAU VIVA 0.0%, Maison Saint Aix has created a stylish sparkling rosé without alcohol. A light pink colour, fine bubbles and a bouquet of rose petals, citrus and fresh red fruits. The taste combines grapefruit, strawberries and raspberries with refreshing minerality. Perfect as a festive aperitif or an alcohol-free alternative during dinners.

AIX Rosé 2024 (this new vintage has also just been launched) & AIX White 2024 are available in stores from €18.95 and online from €17.95 per bottle (0.75cl).
