McDonald’s fans are furious about the Triple Cheeseburger: ‘it looks nothing like it’
Just look at the image above… Just look at it. Isn’t it a beauty? Meet the Maccie’s new burger, the Triple Cheeseburger. Surely this can only be a party in your mouth, right? Unfortunately, you’ll be in for quite a surprise… Unless you’re someone who always goes purely for what’s on the inside. Or doesn’t mind being catfished and actually applauds the use of Photoshop.
Here’s the thing: the burger you see above has had a fair bit of touch-up. A bit like if I did a photoshoot without makeup, but with the most beautiful filters applied. Suddenly I’d have lips like Kylie Jenner. Not a single wrinkle left on my face and oh yes; I’d also have the best hairday ever. You get where I’m going… So this burger doesn’t look like this when you order it.
Pics or it didn’t happen
A number of McDonald’s fans were therefore not exactly impressed by the Triple Cheeseburger. And that’s putting it mildly. Well, a picture says more than a thousand words, right? Just take a look below. Can you spot any resemblance to the beautifully styled photo at the top of this article? Perhaps the only thing they have in common is three beef burgers… Well, sometimes the equivalent of an expectation is nothing more than a disappointment deferred.
I love the Maccie, I really do. But even I can’t make anything of this. What. IS. This?! This is the saddest creation I’ve ever seen at the restaurant of the Golden Arches.
