McDonald’s teams up with Crocs

The duo we didn’t know we needed… McDonald’s and Crocs are joining forces. Now, this isn’t the first time McDonald’s has teamed up with a clothing brand, but honestly, I didn’t necessarily see them choosing Crocs for that coming.

Incidentally, this isn’t the first time Crocs has partnered with a fast-food chain either. Do you remember the KFC chicken nugget Crocs? And yes, I know Crocs are unanimously considered perhaps the ugliest shoes on Earth, but as these things go, there’s also a counter-movement underway and Crocs are completely en vogue among fashionistas. And let’s be honest: these Maccie Crocs really complete your loungewear outfit, don’t they?

McDonald’s x Crocs: a complete collection

As of today, the entire collection is available, consisting of four different types of shoes and three different pairs of socks. ‘The collaboration between McDonald’s and Crocs is a unique partnership that reflects the creativity and innovation of both brands. We are proud to be able to inspire fans around the world in a creative way while also making a positive impact by donating part of the proceeds to the Ronald McDonald House Charities,’ says Stijn Mentrop (Chief Marketing Officer at McDonald’s).

So part of the proceeds will be donated to charity, which makes me all the more convinced that bringing these home is a good idea after all. They are available in adult and children’s sizes via the Crocs website.
