Nela x Belvedere serve a fantastic cocktail menu for the 2025 Formula 1 Dutch Grand Prix

Formula 1 weekend in Zandvoort? That means champagne in the pit lane and the smell of burnt rubber tires. But for foodies and cocktail lovers, the spectacle has something even tastier in store: Nela Amsterdam and Belvedere Vodka have joined forces to serve a special Dutch Grand Prix cocktail menu. We tried it first and are absolutely thrilled.

Kick-off: vibe dining with Belvedere pairing
On Friday, August 29 and Saturday, August 30, restaurant Nela will get the racing crowd warmed up with a top-level shared dining menu with cocktail pairing; the perfect way to start a GP weekend in style.

Nela: dishes from the open fire
For those who are not familiar with Nela yet: the restaurant in the Zuidas district was founded in 2021. Nela means ‘pure’, and this is reflected both in the interior and in the dishes prepared by chefs Hari Shetty and Ori Geller using modern techniques and open fire. From the fantastic flatbread from the grill (with tomato yogurt dip) to the white chocolate dessert; believe us when we say that what comes out of the open kitchen here is spectacular.

Belvedere Vodka
Belvedere is not just any vodka. This Polish brand has been produced since 1910 at one of the oldest distilleries in the world. With more than 600 years of Polish tradition behind them, their distillers make a rye vodka that is synonymous with celebration worldwide.
And let’s be honest: as the official vodka of Formula 1, Belvedere knows exactly how to translate speed into spectacle in a glass.
Spectacular race menu
The parade of dishes is so good that we’re certain Max Verstappen would take his foot off the accelerator for it. Some menu highlights:
Yellowtail with prickly pear, lime and mint: fresh, light and elegant.

Charcoal Kissed Toro with tomato ponzu and caviar: so tender, so luxurious, so unbelievably delicious.

Cherry tomato salad with arugula pesto and stracciatella: fresh, creamy, delicious!

White chocolate dessert: a perfect sweet finale with a crisp Belvedere 10 cocktail!
