Thirsty tales
Recipe: boozy strawberries with tequila

This is one of the funniest things we’ve made recently: boozy strawberries. It’s a surprisingly easy brunch or drinks snack that you can throw together in no time. Intensely mood-boosting, requiring minimal fuss—and it looks incredibly cute too.

Those delicious, big summery strawberries are already absolutely delicious on their own, but injected with tequila, they really turn into a party. Pipette, pipette—let that tipsy summer begin!
How to make the boozy strawberries
- Mix sugar, salt and lime zest in a deep plate.
- In a measuring jug, mix the tequila, triple sec and lime juice.
- Cut off part of the pipettes to make the tip a little shorter.
- Roll each strawberry through the sugar mixture.
- Fill a pipette with the margarita mixture, and pierce a strawberry onto the tip.
- Arrange on a platter and repeat with the remaining strawberries. Margarita mixture left over? Just drink it.
