We already knew that you can make the most delicious things with naan bread (have you ever made this chicken tandoori?), and we’re happy to add this recipe to our repertoire too. Besides being delicious, it’s also incredibly easy to make.

How to make naan bread with figs and Jean Bâton truffle mayonnaise

  • Cut the tomatoes and figs in half lengthwise. Cut the red onion into thin half-rings. Finely chop the hazelnuts.
  • Toast the naan bread on one side in a dry pan.
  • Spread the truffle mayonnaise on the naan bread, on the toasted side.
  • Top the naan bread with the figs and cherry tomatoes; stand them upright for a nice effect. Scatter the red onion and rocket over the top.
  • Sprinkle with some hazelnuts and, if desired, finish with a drizzle of olive oil. ‘Drizzle’ on some Black Truffle Mayonnaise for the final touch.
