Ter Marsch & Co winner of Best Fries 2020
Burger specialist Ter Marsch & Co wins two awards during Horecava. They were the big winners of Best Hamburger 2020, and have now also taken home the coveted trophy for Best Fries 2020.
Sweet Fries of Mine
Chef Mitch Kramer created the winning fries, ‘Sweet Fries of Mine’, made from sweet potato fries, combined with black winter truffle mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, cheese-and-peanut crumble, dried Dutch sausage and fried parsley. I don’t know about you, but whenever I hear the words ‘fries’ and ‘Parmesan cheese’, I spontaneously start wagging my tail. What a golden combination! And the jury agreed: “Visually, the fries are very appealing, and in terms of taste, they hit the mark. Thanks to the shaved Parmesan cheese and sausage, ‘Sweet Fries of Mine’ truly surprised us.”
