Ter Marsch & Co winner of the Best Burger 2021

Attention, burger fans! Boutique burger restaurant Ter Marsch & Co has won the Best Burger Benelux title for the second year in a row with the Mexican-inspired ‘The Holy Moly hamburger’. And holy moly: don’t you immediately want to sink your teeth into this?!

And you can, because ‘The Holy Moly burger’ will soon be on the menu at all Ter Marsch & Co locations. The jury described the burger as a true explosion of flavour, original, surprising and perfectly balanced, with an incredible presentation.
An outstanding hamburger
The hamburger competition is an annual event held during the BBB hospitality trade fair in Maastricht, where Ter Marsch & Co has won several prizes over the years. The professional jury was unanimously enthusiastic: Ter Marsch & Co’s hamburger stood out in terms of flavour, creativity, originality, appearance and presentation.
Holy Moly Mexico
Head chefs Andy Hoogvliets and Mitch Kramer of Ter Marsch & Co drew inspiration this year from the street food of Mexico City. The Holy Moly burger is served on a smooth brioche bun with a patty made from Japanese Wagyu beef. The burger is topped with sweet-and-sour tomatillo tomato/pickle, coriander avocado mole, chorizo cream, lime Jarritos cream, crispy pork rind, pica cheddar and carnitas Guajillo chilli made from pork belly.
The award-winning ‘The Holy Moly’ will soon be available at the Ter Marsch & Co locations. I can’t wait!
