These dishes (star)chefs don’t want to see again in 2020

We already wrote which trends we don’t want to see again in 2020, but there are also dishes that, according to (star)chefs such as Jacob Jan Boerma and Robert Kranenborg, can stay behind in 2019. Fortunately, Miljuschka Witzenhausen also has some uplifting tips.
