This TikTok drink is the latest summer hit: Corona Sunrise!
Mixing beer and spirits? Erm, not always a good idea, but today we’re making an exception. Because spring has started and summer is on its way, and if there’s one thing we find sunny, it’s the wonderful Corona beer, which this TikTok hack turns into a super-cheerful and incredibly easy cocktail!
Maybe you haven’t had grenadine at home since childhood, but this ‘cocktail’ is all the more reason to go and get a bottle—and as a soft drink, grenadine is of course also simply the old school bomb. The drink also includes some Tequila Sunrise ingredients (you know, that brilliant summer cocktail), and this is a TikTok hack in the purest sense because it also has something extremely handy: no washing up!
How to make the Corona Sunrise
The very beginning is great already: take a few generous sips of Corona beer straight from the bottle, down to about the top edge of the white printed label. Pour in a splash of tequila, a splash of orange juice and a splash of grenadine. Squeeze in a lime wedge, place your thumb over the bottle opening to keep it closed, and briefly turn it upside down to mix (don’t shake it—it’s still beer). Done! TOO easy, and so delicious.
