Opening night with Niven Kunz
On opening night, 15 December, Tobias himself will be in the kitchen, assisted by his good friend, Michelin-starred chef Niven Kunz. Niven, known for the restaurant Triptyque in Wateringen, awarded both a green and a regular Michelin star, brings his expertise to take the festive menu to an even higher level. It will be an unforgettable evening and a unique opportunity to see both chefs working together.
After opening night, an experienced team of chefs led by Tobias will continue preparing the dishes through Friday, 19 December.

Le Deux is open from 15 through 19 December, with opening hours from Tuesday through Friday, 18:30 to 22:00. De Molen van West is located at Gillis van Ledenberchstraat 78 in Amsterdam. Reservations are now open, but be quick—the number of seats is limited!
