We previously wrote about the crispy fries from Frites Atelier Amsterdam. The fact that the classic with a Parmesan topping is back after being gone… oh man, are we happy about that. This Mediterranean taste sensation of golden-yellow fries, fresh basil mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese grated à la minute with basil cress is truly irre-sis-tible!
Pulled Pork Fries
New is Sergio’s Pulled Pork & Piccalilly. According to Sergio, the stringy texture of the slow-cooked pork with black pepper goes particularly well with the fresh pickle sauce, packed with fresh vegetables and creamy homemade mayonnaise, topped with a sprig of fresh garden cress. I don’t know about you, but I’m racing to The Hague tomorrow!
