TOZI is coming to Amsterdam

Good news for everyone who loves Italian food: TOZI is coming to the Netherlands. And that means a menu full of Venetian signature dishes and new piatti (in other words, Italian dishes).

After six incredible years in London (and still going strong), owners Maurilio Molteni and Stefano Meloni are ready for a new challenge, this time in the Netherlands. Good news, because you really don’t want to miss the Cicchetti TOZI is known for.

Uh… Cicchetti?
You’re probably wondering what on earth Cicchetti are. Well, they’re typical Venetian small plates made for sharing. And naturally, you enjoy them in a Venetian atmosphere.

The perfect Carbonara
An Italian restaurant without pasta is like a cappuccino without foam. Alongside TOZI’s famous ravioli with buffalo ricotta and black truffle (!), chef Luca De Santis has developed his own ultimate pasta carbonara. Oh Lord, we can’t wait!

On the drinks menu
From Barrel Aged Negronis to a Dark Bologna cocktail: this is the place to be not only for Venetian food, but for Italian drinks too. Besides the cocktails and spritzers, the Barolos and Verdicchios are naturally not to be missed. And with even the lemons for the limoncello coming from the Amalfi Coast, there’s no way we won’t be sitting at the bar here until the late hours.

Just a little longer to wait
Want to make a reservation right away? You can! TOZI opens on November 8 and, as you can see, it promises to be very good. We think Amsterdam will soon be home to a new Italian hotspot.
