The Netherlands has been captivated by Yotam Ottolenghi since 2008. This week, his book Simple was even voted the best cookbook of all time for the second time by the listeners of the popular podcast Etenstijd!. Recently, he launched his long-awaited new book, called Comfort .
Ottolenghi in Amsterdam
With this book, Ottolenghi is celebrating not only his first major release since his books Simple and Flavour, but also an international ‘Comfort’ tour. Including an exclusive stop in Amsterdam at AFAS Live on Tuesday, November 12. The doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 8:00 p.m. During the evening, he will provide the audience with cooking tips and tell stories about his childhood, travels and home. It will be an interactive evening, during which the audience can also ask questions—and a few lucky attendees will get to taste a dish.
