After all, the way to a dog’s heart is through its stomach too!

Whether your dog is an enthusiastic Labrador, a fussy Chihuahua or a tough Stafford: with these strawberry popsicles, you’re guaranteed to score points. And let’s be honest: who deserves a refreshing snack moment more than your very best friend?
Why make them yourself?
Making homemade dog treats may sound like a chore, but it’s easier than you think. And you know exactly what goes into them. No artificial additives, strange ingredients or unnecessary sugars. Just pure, fresh and healthy ingredients.
One of our favorites from Snoep Dog? These strawberry and rosemary popsicles. Refreshing, super easy to make and secretly delicious for owners too. Perfect for hot days or simply as an extra treat.
How to make strawberry and rosemary popsicles
- Cut the strawberries into pieces.
- Remove the rosemary leaves from the stems. Mix the rosemary with the strawberries in the water.
- Pour this drink into the strawberry molds.
- Place the strawberry molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour, then enjoy!
Paw note
Dogs that don’t have the patience to wait for these delicious strawberry treats can also lap them up as a refreshing drink! Simply blend all the ingredients and pour them straight into their bowl. You can also replace the rosemary with a little mint or basil for a different twist.

More than just a dog treat
Snoep Dog is not just a recipe book; it’s an ode to the bond between people and dogs. Laurence shows that cooking for your dog is not only healthy and delicious, but also a way to enjoy time together. The snacks are often so tasty that you’ll happily eat them yourself too.
From healthy cookies and crunchy snacks to refreshing popsicles: with Snoep Dog, snack time becomes a celebration for four-legged friends and their owners alike.
