Yes! Foodhallen The Hague has opened

We had to wait a little, but besides Rotterdam and Amsterdam, Foodhallen in The Hague has now opened too. Here you’ll find twelve stands serving the best of the city, such as the authentic green falafel balls from Holy Falafel and the famous flame-grilled burgers from BBQ king Jord Althuizen.

But there’s more, from Vietnamese street food dishes by Vietstreet and Dim Dim Sum, with the Chinese branch of Asian street food. And for a lightning-fast bite, Samurice rolls out fresh sushi à la minute.

Malaysian Food Rocks

That’s the message TV chef Norman Musa spreads with dishes such as laksa and nasi lemak from his stand of the same name. At CeeCee’s Chicken & Chips, chicken wings through to chicken salad are combined with homemade chips. And of course, the 40-year-old The Hague institution Bistro-Mer is also there with Bar Pêche, where you can enjoy both classic mussels with fries and Peruvian ceviche.

A little vase of Haagsche Bluf

Besides all these delicious treats (and more!), the bartenders also serve delicious juice from their own city. Foodhallen and Kompaan developed an exclusive ‘Haagsche Bluf’ beer. The result is impressive: a fresh, easy-drinking and lightly hopped Pale Ale that is ‘dry-hopped’ with fruity Mosaic hops during lagering. Lots of words; simply a delicious beer from The Hague.

Sweet and savoury to finish

Are you already feeling dizzy and would you rather try everything? We get it! But still: save some room for dessert. At dessert bar The Sweet Spot, you can go not only for patisserie, but also for a heavenly cheese board!

You’ll find Foodhallen The Hague in shopping courtyard De Haagse Bluf.
