You need this: barbecue brie

BrieBBQ-Favorflav

Such a brilliant idea that you wonder: why didn’t I think of this sooner? Of course you can put cheese on the barbecue. You just need a pan around it. Make this dish with brie, camembert or another soft white-rind cheese.

A barbecue with only meat is sooo 2020. Artichokes, toasted sandwiches, watermelon and banana—we throw it all on the grill these days. And why should cheese be left out? There’s absolutely no reason, so make sure you have a good cast-iron pan and go all out with this recipe for grilled brie from Delish.

How to make barbecue brie

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes, mix with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and some chili flakes.
  • Place the cheese in a cast-iron pan or an ovenproof dish and spread the tomato mixture over it.
  • Place on the grill and cook for about twenty minutes. Check whether the cheese is hot and melted by pressing it gently: you’ll be able to feel whether the inside is already soft.
  • Drizzle with some balsamic glaze and tear the basil over the cheese. Serve with warm baguette.
