Heston’s super-easy chocolate mousse

chocolademousse

British chef Heston Blumenthal is known for his molecularly complex dishes, which you’re not likely to recreate at home anytime soon. This chocolate mousse only has two ingredients, and you can whip it up in no time after dinner.

Actually, you only need one ingredient: chocolate. The second ingredient is water and, assuming you don’t live in the Sahara, you always have that at home.

Eat the chocolate mousse straight away

Most chocolate mousse is made with cream and needs to set in the fridge. This one doesn’t: as soon as you’ve finished whisking, you can sit down on the sofa with a big bowl. Absolutely delicious with whipped cream and raspberries, but also wonderful as it is.
