For the true cheese lover who likes to go beyond a generously topped sandwich or a giant mountain of Parmesan over their pasta. Get more out of your cheese.

Fruit
It’s important to eat plenty of fruit. Make it easy on yourself and combine it with a cheese board. Add some grapes or blackberries and you’re back on track with your daily vitamin intake.

Mac and cheese
The ultimate pasta for cheese lovers everywhere. This recipe for Fleetwood Mac and cheese is our favorite, but feel free to vary it with different types of cheese and herbs.

Mozzarella balls
Cheese sticks 2.0, these mozzarella balls are crispy on the outside thanks to panko breadcrumbs. When you bite into them, the melted cheese flows out—watch out for burnt chins.

Cheese fondue
Possibly the ultimate cheese dish. A large pan of melted cheese—then dip away. Bread, vegetables, mushrooms: with such a large quantity of cheese, the world is your oyster. Try a traditional cheese fondue with Appenzeller or a cheese fondue with Parmesan.

BBQ cheese
A whole camembert from the oven with a few sprigs of rosemary is always delicious. Next level is this version, which goes on the barbecue whole, with honey, nuts and grapes. And what about brie from the barbecue? Heavenly!

Dipping
Delicious, loaded nachos with cheese from the oven, but you can always add even more cheese. At your next drinks party, simply conjure up a bowl of Tex-Mex cheese dip. Delicious with jalapeño and cilantro.

Paneer and halloumi
If you want cheese to be the true main ingredient of your meal, reach for paneer or halloumi in the refrigerated section. These cheeses don’t melt, so you can easily incorporate them into curries or burgers.

Quesadilla
Two tortillas fried in a pan with cheese between them—lots and lots of cheese. Whether you also add chicken, ground meat, spring onion, bell pepper and jalapeño is entirely up to you.
