10 things that are impossible to clean (and therefore incredibly filthy)
Cleaning: it’s nobody’s hobby. Right? Also nobody’s hobby: living in a filthy mess full of stinking bacteria. And yet we end up having to clean if we want to lead a somewhat normal and healthy life. The good news is that cleaning often doesn’t have to be that difficult at all. Cleaning your deep fryer is easy, scrubbing your kitchen ventilation grilles takes no time at all, and you can also make your microwave sparkling clean in no time. Now for the bad news: that doesn’t apply to every object around you.
And no, there’s not always something you can do about that. Some objects simply have such a bizarre, unnecessarily complicated design that cleaning them seems nearly impossible. That’s the manufacturer’s fault, not yours. What you can do is make sure you never, ever bring such objects into your home. Or, if you’ve nevertheless fallen for them at some point, throw them straight in the bin.
