Our mountain of waste is shockingly high, and creativity is needed to reduce it. Especially now that we have to pay for single-use plastic packaging. The possibilities are endless. From reusable fry boxes at McDonald’s — okay, they were stolen en masse, but the idea was great. At home, too, we recycle on a massive scale. Mandarin nets? You can do all sorts of things with them.
