We’re crazy about grilled cheese sandwiches, and for weeks now we’ve thrown every concern about carbs or fat overboard. Pre-corona, we would sometimes still think about ‘healthy’ and ‘watching our weight’ in some murky corner of our brains, and so on – now it’s bread, cheese, fat, meat and beans calling the shots (hello frankfurter sandwiches).
