Frankfurters wrapped in ham and cheese, rolled through some beaten egg, then breadcrumbs, egg again, breadcrumbs again and into the deep fryer. There you have a snack to chase away the worst hangover. Some people even claim that a frankfurter pancake is delicious, frankfurter toasties are the ideal Friday afternoon drinks snack and that a Brussels sprout casserole with frankfurters is perfectly edible. But shall we just leave it at that?
