Chefs generally hate it when you want to tweak their menu a little. A margherita pizza with salami on one half? That really drives them completely up the wall. Maybe that’s why they occasionally have strange dishes sent to their guests, as we showed you earlier?
These pizzerias have understood it completely, though: the customer is king, and if they want extra cheese or extra sauce, then of course we’ll arrange that, right?
