Cheesy heaven: how to make Baked Brie in the oven

What could be better than warm cheese whose outside is still firm, but as soon as you break through it, you find yourself in a flowing lava of creamy melted cheese? I go crazy just thinking about it! Want some cheesy heaven too? Then quickly make this Baked Brie.

We previously shared the brilliant recipe for barbecued brie. Just as creamy and just as delicious. The difference with this version is that you don’t prepare it on the BBQ, but in the oven. Saves you the hassle of dealing with hot coals. This Baked Brie is the world’s easiest starter or party appetizer—just give it a try!
How to make Baked Brie
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Remove the brie from its packaging. Make a few cuts in the top of the rind. Place the cheese on a piece of parchment paper.
- Drizzle the top with some honey (or balsamic glaze), pepper and a sprig of rosemary or thyme.
- Place the brie in the oven for 15 minutes, until the inside has melted.
Tip: serve the Baked Brie with some crackers and grapes (fruit + cheese is a classic and winning combination!)
