Do you love Slush and Flügel? Then you definitely have to try this drink

Nothing is as old school as a brightly coloured Slush Puppy that you order from that little stand on the promenade on a scorching hot beach day. By now, we’ve grown a little older and these days we drink Sangria Slushies or this one, with a shot of Flügel.

A slush is simply a drink made from a frozen mixture of water and syrup that freezes due to the constant movement, as you can always see in the machines, but remains drinkable. For this recipe, you don’t need any syrup, but you do need a few bottles of Flügel.

How to make the Flügel Slush

• Crush about 15 ice cubes (or buy crushed ice) into very small pieces, fill a glass with the ice and pour in the 5 bottles of Flügel. Stir everything together until it is completely Flügel-red, add a straw and your slush is ready to drink. Easy, right?
