Let’s get straight to the point: this isn’t a joke. This summer, you can get paid to eat ice cream in a dream villa in Paris. As a ‘Chill Ice Cream Officer’, you’ll get €3,000 for creating chill content for a day, working your way through cones and lounging by a pool with your friends. “Ce n’est pas possible!”, we hear you thinking. But ha! It really is true!
What exactly does this extremely delicious role involve?
Extrême is the French queen of ice cream cones. With more than 30 varieties, crazy combinations and always that perfect piece of chocolate at the bottom. The brand is the market leader in France and is available in supermarkets and the food-service sector. And now they want you on their team. Your mission, should you accept it, is something you’ve never seen in a job ad before—that’s for sure. Namely: “Goûter, chiller, créer, t’éclater”—in other words: taste, chill, create and have an absolute blast. Hanging out with your friends and creating content together, in short.
What do you need to be able to do?
The ideal candidate is:
- Crazy about ice cream. You’d defend the last chocolate tip in the cone with your life! (in that case, we have a defensive tip for you: you can simply buy loose Cornetto tips).
- A social butterfly. Because you’ll share this experience with your two best friends.
- Social media-savvy. You have two TikTok thumbs and know what works.
