Drinking G&Ts has never been so educational
Heading to school with a gin and tonic in hand—isn’t that the ultimate dream of many a student? You can do just that on Saturday, June 22 at the Cruise Terminal in Rotterdam, where the Gin Festival is taking place and Fever-Tree is setting up a real Gin School.
The Fever-Tree Gin School has crossed over from England and, during this 45-minute booze lecture, will transform you into a true mixologist.
Perfect serve
Alongside a lesson in G&T history and the production and distillation process, you’ll learn how to create your own ‘perfect serve’. Which gin goes with your favorite tonic? And what are the rules of thumb for a top-notch G&T?
Interesting, all that theory, but the most fun (and educational) lessons are surely the practical ones. Don’t worry: there will definitely be tasting too.
G&T master
All graduates of the Fever-Tree Gin School go home with a master kit. Although—home? You’d obviously be better off showing off your newly acquired knowledge at the rest of the Gin Festival Rotterdam, because there’s plenty to discover (and drink) there too.
