Are you planning to join the clan of vegetarians, flexitarians or vegans in 2020? Then Moshik is the right person for you. One small drawback: eating at this two-Michelin-star chef’s restaurant temporarily sets your credit card on fire. Fortunately, you can simply make his famous Tomeato Burger at home. It originally started out as an amuse-bouche at his two-Michelin-star restaurant &moshik, and is a delicious tribute to the classic American burger.

But there’s more good news: do you want to start January off right and go for 100% vegetables alongside 0% alcohol? At Jumbo, they’re giving #GreenJanuary a flying start with the new Vegetables snacks made from vegetables, now available in the frozen-food aisle: Nuggets, Wellington, Cheese Schnitzel and Sausages.

The new vegetable snacks cleverly tap into the trend toward healthier and more sustainable snacking. Oven snacks have been growing in popularity for some time, as have vegetarian alternatives. A case of 1 + 1 = 3, then.

Beef Wellington

The most striking snack? The vegetable Wellington, inspired by Beef Wellington. The real Wellington is one of those dishes where pretty much everything can go wrong. With this new oven snack, almost nothing can go wrong. And it’s vegetarian, too. Enjoy!
