Peter Lute opens a meat-free pop-up restaurant

The National Meat-Free Week is opening its own pop-up restaurant this edition, under the direction of Michelin-starred chef Peter Lute. And you can reserve a spot now!

Organizer Isabel Boerdam, also known as the Hip Vegetarian, believes that too much meat is still being eaten in the Netherlands. To show just how delicious a meat-free dinner can be, she joined forces with Peter Lute for an exceptionally tasty pop-up.
Vegetarian food at the highest level
Top chef Peter Lute and his team from the Kruidfabriek prepare special vegetarian dishes here, such as tomato tea, pine needle-smoked king bolete and dry-aged beetroot. “Vegetarian cuisine has held a prominent place on my menu for years, because sustainable and delicious food go very well together,” says Peter.
When?
The National Meat-Free Week runs from 9 through 15 March. From Tuesday through Sunday, you can visit the pop-up restaurant for dinner, and on Friday, Saturday and Sunday also for lunch. A 3-course menu costs €35 and the 5-course menu costs €55. Want to reserve? You can do that here!
Did you manage to get a table? Then you can also use the hybrid pick-up and drop-off service to and from Muiden bus station!
