Recipe for a wonderfully refreshing Limoncello rosé sangria

If limoncello and rosé both happen to rank very highly in your top 10 summer drinks, you’d better pay close attention, because what happens when you throw these two top products together in one glass? Yes, you get the best combination ever. Namely: Limoncello rosé sangria.

From iced coffee to ice-cold sangria
And that sounds like the best idea of 2025, right? Because with those wonderfully summery temperatures, you could definitely use some refreshment. That’s why we start our mornings with a Baileys iced coffee – sure, there are healthier choices, but goodness, what a delicious way to start the day. By the way, if you’re not put off by a splash of alcohol in your cup of joe: we have even more great boozy iced coffees for you.
But then suddenly it’s afternoon, and how do you smoothly ease into the evening? That’s right: with an incredibly refreshing Limoncello rosé sangria.
No horrendous hangovers
Limoncello works wonderfully in a spritz (hello Limoncello Spritz!) and the combination with sangria is also excellent. (Another tip, by the way: sangria slushies). You won’t get those horrendous hangovers you get from drinking a shot of Limoncello, either. So let’s get started!
How to make Limoncello rosé sangria
Credit where credit is due: our colleagues at Amayzine came up with this (super easy!) recipe. You only need a few ingredients. Here they are: 150 ml limoncello, 750 ml rosé, 1 lemon cut into wedges, ice, and plenty of strawberries and raspberries. Throw everything together in a large pitcher, stir well, and place it in the fridge for an hour. Cheers.
