Recipe for fresh mayonnaise with olive oil (delicious on your toasted sandwich!)

How to make the fresh mayonnaise
- First, blend the egg together with the apple cider vinegar, mustard and some pepper and salt. Do this with an immersion blender. Gradually add some olive oil and repeat this process until the mayonnaise has a nice consistency. Add a little water if the mayonnaise has become too thick.
