Sergio Herman opens new Frites Atelier location in Roosendaal
Sergio Herman’s Frites Atelier is expanding. On November 4, a new Frites Atelier will open at Designer Outlet Roosendaal. After locations in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp and The Hague, this is now the 5th location of star chef Sergio Herman’s delicious fries concept.
Recently, Sergio delighted us with two spectacular new fries: ‘Classic Spiced Indonesian Stew’ and ‘My Umami’. You can now enjoy them when visiting Roosendaal too. At 162 m2, the new Frites Atelier offers seating for 85 guests.
New step
“This step for Frites Atelier marks a new direction. After a turbulent year for the entire hospitality industry, its symbolic value should not be underestimated for us. With the opening of this new location, we are bringing a very exciting period to a close in the best possible way and looking ahead to the future with tremendous ambition!”, said an upbeat chef.
Flemish stew
On November 4, Sergio Herman will ceremonially open his Frites Atelier at 12:30 p.m. for outlet visitors, serving fresh Flemish stew and mini croquettes.
