The Christmapolitan is the cocktail you’ll want to make this Christmas

I always think it’s so over-the-top that everything has to be Christmas-themed during the holidays. The napkins, tablecloths, even the shapes of the food (which are also twice as expensive as the shapeless versions), and even the drinks have to be in the Christmas spirit at this time of year. Go ahead and call me a hypocrite: I’m fully on board with it. I came across a Christmapolitan, and you can probably guess: I’m obviously going to make this at Christmas.

And honestly, a Christmapolitan just sounds really delicious too.
How to make a Christmapolitan
- Optional: spray a glass with absinthe
- Chill the glass with a few ice cubes
- Put all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, and shake well
- Strain into the pre-chilled glass
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
Easy, right? A fun twist on a Cosmopolitan, which secretly isn’t difficult to make at all either. And for the ultimate Christmas feeling, of course serve them in a beautiful coupe, like these champagne glasses or these cocktail glasses.
NB the recipe is based on 1 cocktail, so it’s easy to adapt to the number of guests.
