FrietHoes, which fry lover hasn’t heard of them, has added a magnificent new fry to its range: French fries. Just like FrietHoes’ thick fries, they are incredibly flavorful, but sliced thinner, as French fries should be.

The very best fries

Years ago, the two Hoes brothers opened a shop in Haarlem where they decided to make ‘simply the very best fries’. It was an instant success. And it didn’t stop with that one shop; FrietHoes is also available at events, in the hospitality industry and in supermarkets. Everyone loves these no-nonsense fries – FrietHoes’ fries are made from the best organic potatoes, straight from the ground and into the shop within 24 hours, after being briefly pre-fried. The only addition is 3% sunflower oil.

And now there is a French version too. You can find this new addition at Albert Heijn and Dekamarkt. You can cook them in several ways: in the deep fryer, oven or Airfryer. A 400-gram pack costs 2.99 euros. That’s enough for two people. Simply salted and topped with a dollop of mayo, or with some Parmesan cheese and finely chopped parsley. Delicious!
