The former Bottles & Jars bistro in the NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace hotel is now home to Vermeers Wijnkamer, bringing the best of Restaurant Vermeer to an informal, intimate setting.

Vermeers Wijnkamer is the brainchild of chef Sebastian Baquero Garces and sommelier Dannis Apeldoorn, the creative forces behind Restaurant Vermeer. Together, they ensure that Vermeer’s distinctive quality and signature style are reflected in every detail.

Every glass of wine is carefully selected from Vermeer’s impressive cellar and paired with complementary bites, allowing each taste experience to shine. Even better: the wine list and small dishes change regularly, so guests are continually surprised by seasonal pairings and creative flavors.

2 glasses of wine + 2 bites for €35, with the flavors of the wines and dishes perfectly complementing each other.
Wine flight
3 glasses of red or white wine for €16, ideal for discovering several wines at once.

Of course, you can also simply order wines by the glass or bottle, depending on your mood and company.
Vermeers Wijnkamer opening hours
Vermeers Wijnkamer is open daily from 16:00 to 00:00, and until 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays. The bar exudes calm and refinement, offering an intimate setting where you can comfortably enjoy carefully selected wines and refined bites.
