Tip: Lindenhoff’s meal kit (with no subscription!)
Lindenhoff has launched its own meal kit. And I think that’s very tasty news, because there’s no subscription and it comes with the most delicious products, fresh from the land and sustainably produced. You can choose your own recipe online and then, just like that, get started at home.
Lindenhoff is a household name among food lovers. What began as a hobby in 1989 has since grown into a company with more than 100 employees and a whole host of partner farmers, market gardeners, growers and top chefs. More than 30 years ago, Ben and Ria te Voortwis started producing vegetables and meat from authentic French breeds for their own use on the farm. Neighbours would occasionally buy some too, and before long top chefs such as Robert Kranenborg, looking for the best-quality meat, found their way to Ben and Ria. They now supply more than 500 restaurants throughout the Netherlands and work closely with the country’s best chefs.

And anyone who has ever visited the place in Baambrugge understands why. You can buy fantastic products in the shop. Beautiful cuts of meat from Gascon cattle raised on their own farm, game & poultry, raw-milk cheeses, vegetables, fresh fish and delicious olive oil and freshly baked bread. The online shop also offers a mouthwatering selection. And now you can order Lindenhoff meal kits too. Great idea!
Ratatouille with merguez lamb sausages
Every week, there are eight different dishes to choose from, with options ranging from meat and fish to vegetarian. How about spicy trout fishcakes with courgette salad? Lindenhoff burger with Roseval potatoes and salad? Flammkuchen with potato and leek? Ratatouille traybake with merguez lamb sausages? On the Lindenhoff website, choosing is very easy—including the difficulty level—and once you’re home, you receive not only a box of wonderful products but also attractive menu cards with clear preparation times and instructions.
