Top tip in Amsterdam! An AIX Rosé canal cruise with rosé and delicious bites
Cancel all your plans for Friday, because I have a delicious tip for you! AIX, yes, the brand behind that delicious rosé, has launched a wonderful initiative together with the Andaz hotel: the Andaz Rosé Boat AIXperience. And you’ll definitely want to book it!
AIX rosé is one of my favorite summer wines. The rosé with the eye-catching label comes from Aix-en-Provence in France and is made by Dutchman Eric Kurver. From sunny France, he recently presented the AIX vintage 2020. Crisp, crystal-clear and wonderfully easy to drink (what am I saying: dangerously easy to drink!). An ideal wine for the boat, in short.

Cruising along the canals in a genuine AIX boat, where AIX rosé flows generously and delicious canapés from the kitchen of the Andaz’s Bluespoon restaurant are served; how good does that sound? I can tell you: it doesn’t just sound good, it is!
So book quickly
A canal cruise with AIX rosé and snacks costs €55 per person. A fun AIX Panama hat is included. This lovely boat sets sail on June 25. The next date is Friday, July 9, but more dates are planned (keep an eye on Andaz’s socials for these).
The boat departs from the Andaz at 6:00 p.m. sharp (meet in the lobby from 5:45 p.m.). Be on time, because the boat really leaves the quay at 6:05 p.m. A maximum of 15 people can come aboard (including social distancing). After an hour and a half of cruising, eating and drinking rosé, you’ll disembark in front of the Andaz on the Prinsengracht. For more information and reservations, take a look at this Andaz link.
