Friday, November 21, 2025 is finally the day: ‘Gourmet z’n allen – de Sausmixshow’ will take place. Brouwerij de Eeuwige Jeugd, TV icon Henny Huisman and Keurslager are joining forces for an evening full of entertainment, conviviality and, yes: gourmet dining!
Gourmet dining—what’s not to love? What you can expect during the Sausmixshow: quality meat, fresh fish, vegetarian options, specialty beers, and of course an entertainment program in which Henny brings his legendary showmanship with a contemporary twist. A delicious and hilarious evening out, in short.
From frikandel to gourmet dining: Brouwerij de Eeuwige Jeugd surprises us once again
Amsterdam-based Brouwerij de Eeuwige Jeugd has been the place for characterful beers and cheerful snack parties since 2016. What once began with the legendary Frikandellenfestijn in collaboration with top chef Ron Blaauw has since grown into a full-fledged snack festival series.
After the successful editions of Het Kaassouffleest and Het Vistival, it’s now time for Gourmet z’n allen – de Sausmixshow.
Henny Huisman brings the show: humor, music and gourmet dining
Henny Huisman: for many, he is the face of legendary TV shows such as ‘de Mini Playbackshow’ and ‘de Soundmixshow’. Now Henny is combining his iconic showmanship with the conviviality of gourmet dining. It will be an evening full of live performances, disco bingo and, naturally, Henny’s own show. The legend comes to life in an entirely new way!
New concept
“Henny literally has the Eternal Youth,” jokes Shannice Wilner of Brouwerij de Eeuwige Jeugd. “We’re taking the best elements of his shows and adding entertainment, shared dining and a generous dose of humor. It won’t be a tribute, but a completely new concept in which everyone—even if you’ve never seen the original shows—will have a great time.”

Gourmet z’n allen – de Sausmixshow will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, at Brouwerij de Eeuwige Jeugd in Amsterdam. Doors open between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m., after which the evening unfolds with shared dining, snacks and the full entertainment program. For €49.50 per person, you’ll get not only access to the gourmet experience, but also a welcome beer and an evening full of humor and music.
