We can’t wait for this new Ben & Jerry’s flavor to arrive here

Do you know Ben & Jerry’s ‘Topped’ range? It’s a series of pints (and one small version) with incredibly delicious ice cream, topped with an amazing layer in different flavors. Crack through it with your spoon, and what do you find in the latest release? Whiskey ice cream!!

We were genuinely drooling over this news, because just check out the flavor: ‘brown butter bourbon ice cream with blonde brownie chunks & whiskey caramel swirls’… Wipe. Me. Out.
Cool collab
This is a collaboration between what are essentially neighbors: Ben & Jerry’s originated in the American state of Vermont, which is also home to the special local distillery WhistlePig. The name of this newly created heavenly treat: WhiskeyBiz.
Sweet and spicy
The PiggyBack whiskey used in the ice cream has aromas of cinnamon, black pepper and grapefruit zest, with flavor notes including dark chocolate and spicy ginger. Does that pair well with the creamy smoothness of brown butter (beurre noisette) and gooey caramel? Um; YES!
The only disappointing thing is that this new edition is currently available only in America. But if we were to give Ben, Jerry and all the distributors our sweetest look (or simply bombard them with pleas), might we soon be blessed with this collab too? Let’s hope so!
