Brilliant: this machine lets you make ice cream out of anything
Okay, it’s boiling hot, and all I can think about is ice cream. Soft serve, popsicles, even ice cubes — anything goes. But the heat also makes me creative, because suddenly I felt like watermelon ice cream and mango ice cream. And as if TikTok could read my mind, a video from Gwen van Poorten suddenly appeared on my For You Page.
She was intensely happy with her new purchase, the Ninja. A device that lets you make ice cream out of absolutely anything. And I immediately understood her enthusiasm, because this device is amazing.
From watermelon to Red Bull
Gwen has the Creami Ice Cream Maker by Ninja and, if I’m to believe her, it’s worth every euro (it costs 180 euros at Amazon). Gwen has already tested a few recipes on TikTok, such as Oreo ice cream (uh, YES please?!) and Red Bull ice cream (I’m a little more hesitant about that one). Coffee ice cream, her latest creation, sounds much more delicious to me.
But either way, this device is genuinely great: on a hot day, you can make healthy ice cream in no time using, for example, banana, mango, apple… Whatever fruit you like. And once it’s ready, you can of course simply freeze it so you have enough for the rest of the week. I can’t wait for mine to arrive.
Side note: you can also use it to make smoothies, milkshakes and sorbet. What a great thing.
